Hello, 

My name is Ebony Williams. I am the owner and chief dispatch coordinator for Universal Dispatch & Logistics Services, LLC.  As a licensed commercial driver and certified Master Dispatcher, I have obtained three years of knowledge and experience to support carriers and drivers transporting goods across the country. My years of experience include two years as a dispatcher and one year as an over-the-road commercial driver. I understand the importance of delivering goods safely and on time, as well as, retrieving loads to ensure the wheels keep spinning and the revenue keep rolling in. Universal D&L Services was founded on my mission to build relationships in the transportation industry that will resolve problems and remove obstacles which many individuals and businesses in the industry experience daily. I do all this to live as a good role model for those around me and to provide for my family. Universal D&L Services and my responsibility to you is operate quickly and efficiently to reduce costs, time, and resources.
